| - I purchased a used Chevy Suburban from this family owned dealership, and though it wasn't a seamless experience, everything worked out and the deal was made.
There was an issue with the vehicle from the start so they kept it a day to fix it before I drove off. This problem was unfortunately not fixed as promised and the car gave me trouble during my initial two weeks out of the area. When I returned, they claimed to have solved the issue and clearly had not: The car continually turned off while driving, and the battery would recycle. This would quite hazardously happen driving on the highways of LA where there is no shoulder to drive off onto.
I could go on about this, but the real reason I am choosing to write about this dealership is because now, about a year after making the purchase, I am attempting to trade in my 4WD, 1 owner, Chevy Suburban, only to find that what I actually purchased was a 2WD, 2 owner SUV with a record of replaced parts indicating that it had been broken into and modified. Information that the new dealership told me was impossible that the dealership that sold me the vehicle would not have known. After spending over $30,000 on an SUV that one year and 15,000 miles later is apparently worth less than $11,000, I hope this review helps others be more discerning than I was when I purchased, or rather was "sold" this car. Good luck!
