  • never never never go there. incompetent is an understatement.took a month to get part. then a week to "fix" it. ends up they broke my phone. i know its an older model. but they strung me along . wish i read yelp reviews before i went in. they suck,royally. to the owner , do not reply to this with some bullshit excuse. Update: Had to go to main store on rancho to get my phone. Did not have decency to bring it to the store on cheyenne. To add insult to injury the refund ,which was supposed to take 2-3 days has not shown on my account yet 10/26/17 Another update: finally got my refund. 11/07/17 took a trip to my bank an a call to a resolution center to get my money back. They are the worst.
