  • I came in to transfer some contacts onto my new phone which only took 10 minutes or so. No big deal right? The issue is when you have to wait over an hour to get help in the first place. There are plenty of workers here who have enough time to talk to each other, but not the actual customers. Nice. But the REAL issue here is that they're liars. They gave us some wireless chargers and other cool goodies to get us to sign with them. Once they had us under contract, everything was taken back. Everything. Does that make sense at all? They gave us something, and once they had our business, they told us we had to return everything otherwise we would be charged. Pathetic. TL;DR: These people are not here to help you. They will lie to like, like they did to us.
