  • 10/14/15-I've been coming back to this facility for practice several times and feel that these folks really pride themselves on customer service. Brandon R continues to personal take ownership of getting to know customers, at least for me. Just the mere fact that he addresses me by name is a task; he must see tons of customers everyday. Same with Ronnie H. I was there last night with my team to practice and by chance he was delivering food to my teammates. I asked if he would place and deliver an order for me, not realizing he was just delivering because there was a lane server. But still was willing to do it and addressing me by my name, even when I had only received service from him at the counter in the past. That is truly great customer service and going above and beyond exceeding expectations. 10/01/15-The place is kept clean and the lanes are good. Since I go in the late afternoons on weekdays, there are only a few patrons, which is nice. Brandon R is the rep that usually rings me up and he is very pleasant to work with and friendly. Nate the manager on duty was also friendly and cordial, he had to authorize a sale that I was purchasing from the supply the have at the counter. I come here at least 2x per week to practice. I wish I had joined the league here. Next season, hopefully...
