  • Avoid this place like the plague. Especially if you're looking for a used vehicle. The "service" department should be renamed to the avoidance department. Been in there twice for a zak tek coating issue, they just bounce you around because no one wants to help. Zak tek is a clear coating that is designed to protect your paint. They practically bully you into getting it at the time of purchase. This shit works so well, the paint on my car is fucking peeling off after their second reapplication. Called zak tek myself to file a claim, guess what you have to do that through the purchasing dealership. No problem EXCEPT THEY DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS OR DO ANYTHING WHEN YOU SHOW UP. Looking into having 3 on my side to expose these crooks.
