Do NOT order delivery from TC's Rib Crib. This was by far the worst delivery experience I have ever had in my life. We ordered two entrees and a dessert. The dessert didn't even show up in the order and they gave me a side of greens instead of the green beans that I had ordered. Not a huge problem, so we called the restaurant. As soon as we called we were put on hold, when she finally came back to the phone she did not seem surprised or concerned that we had a incorrect delivery order. She puts us on hold again while she tries to find the order. After 10 minutes of waiting she finally comes back to us while offering no solutions nor sense of urgency or concern for their mistakes. She then proceeded to tell us that we can either place an order for MORE food and she would send the dessert and side that they forgot with it OR we could come and pick it up ourselves. Obviously if we were in position to drive we wouldn't have ordered delivery to begin with. Whats the point of charging people a delivery fee if you can't correct any mistake other than by telling the wronged customer to order more incorrect food OR to come pick it up? I mean seriously...where is the logic there? They should have a procedure for handling this. The food was not that good. My brisket had no flavor, and the corn bread was as dry as sandpaper.
