My son purchased a phone with his own money for his birthday. The lady says we can return within 7 days, if anything. So the next day I tried calling my son while I'm at work and it's disconnected. So when I get home I dialed 611 from his phone and the voice says i owe six dollars and to get the phone back on it has to be paid. So I call the store being I can't get to a actual person thru the 611 line. She says she can't go thru the account over the phone that I have to come to the exact store I bought. I didn't have a day off until 4 more days. So we go into the store and the Mexican guy approaches me very nice I tell him I want a return, his attitude change real quick into a jerk. He says theirs a $35 dollar repackaging fee, then late he says they won't refund $50 dollars if my son talked more than a 100 min. Which he didn't because it got shut off. So the manager comes and says were giving you back $34 dollars for your return. I was mad and I mentioned that the lady that sold the phone never said any fees applied. After telling them my son who turned ten spent his own birthday money they gave me 93 dollars back. We came to cricket got a better deal, and they gave us details on return which they don't charge. Over all metro pcs is a joke.
