  • Let say the young ladies were great there at the hotel for pets. When you hire young people you either get people that could care less and are very rude, or people that are very kind. We unfortunately had a young girl that was beyond rude and made us feel like we never wanted to come back..we walked in with our puppy coupon book and she asked if we had already purchased it, which is understandable, but when I told her we purchased it 3 months ago she looked at me as if I were a thief. It was a real experience to have a girl with multi colored hair help us as we were leaving with our dog. After all it was our first Time at pet hotel. Please hire people with better attitude.
