  • I'm going to limit my review to the manager, Laurin. I've been coming to this location for almost two years and she provides exceptional service. The woman is a machine often running circles around other people in the office and handling business. Even when there are multiple customers in line she makes each and every single one feel like they are being taken care of. She listens, provides solutions, goes the extra mile and lets every person who steps through the door know she cares about their satisfaction. I've never been greeted with anything less than a smile and she knows ALL of her regular customers by name. If I were running a company I would want her training every new member of my team because she truly embodies the customer service spirit.
