  • Amazing customer service; I ended up at this branch completely unplanned after another appointment at 5:57pm (I was watching the clock as I knew they closed at 6). The lady at the front desk was lovely; she told me there would be a 30 minute wait, which surprised me as I was sure she'd just say they were closing. I asked if I was OK to step out for a smoke and she said yes, so long as I stayed near the doors as they had to lock them at 6. I chose to just stay in there but I thought the consideration and manners were great. Well before 30 minutes was up I spoke with Joshua Haynie who was absolutely FANTASTIC. He was extremely accommodating and really helpful on every front; he was patient and well informed, able to answer all of questions and worked quickly. He was professional but also very friendly and was great dealing with me - I'm not difficult, I'm downright lovely (no really!) - but I'm from OS and have no credit history here yet, plus the US banking system is still somewhat confusing - he has been a great help and has continued to follow up with me on things I need help with. Extremely understanding. Chase was my choice for their account options, I never expect great customer service at a bank - but honestly, everyone has been fantastic at this branch. I couldn't recommend it, or Joshua, more highly.
