  • We've boarded our two dogs here twice. The first time went pretty well. However, when we picked up our dogs after the second visit, our Chow Chow / Retriever mix had a large, open gash at the top of his neck that was still bleeding. We pointed it out to the employees there but they just shrugged their shoulders and acted like they didn't know what happened. Needless to say, we'll be taking our business elsewhere next time.
