The customer service here is completely ridiculous. Had one rep tell us on day one to do something and said it would not be a problem. He did so in a condescending, snarky way; however, he was at least quite helpful (could have done without the attitude though). Went in on day two, overheard Marianne giving other customers a horrible visit and of course ended up with her. She continuously cut me off, was extremely rude, and refused to help us. When I cited what the previous guy had told us she gave us a flippant "he's new and made a mistake". No apologies and great team spirit when you're throwing your coworker under the bus. Followed us out the door giving us more of her attitude and more excuses for why she would not do what the guy yesterday promised would get done. I'm not an idiot and I don't appreciate being literally chased out of the store like some common criminal. This is why we cut our Cox cable services.
