  • I currently own my 3rd VW, a 2007 Eos which I bought from a family owned car lot La Seuer (great people) but when the battery died I took it to North Scottsdale VW for service out of convenience of proximity BIG MISTAKE!! 1st: I wasn't offered a courtesy car 2nd: I waited 3 days for them to procure information from me that I readily could have given them on day 1! So now I'm waiting 5 days for my car back 3rd: Totally rude and discourteous. It's bad enough a VW battery cost $510 but dealing with a-holes makes it even worse! Never will go back
