This market is not as big as many of the other Valley markets that cater to the Mexican style foods and groceries but I like it because it is small and it seems a little bit more personal.
They have a great selection of pastries when you first walk in and as you come around the corner that's where you can sit down at the food court to grab on the spot street style tacos, fresh tortillas being made along with other side goodies that are perfect for dinner there or later at home.
I grab the 4 taco plate for $6 bucks with the mix of Al Pastore and Carnitas and it was excellent. Normally I don't do soda but the glass bottle Coke was calling my name and man it just set the meal off right.
After eating we picked up some key items needed for an impromptu get-together the next day which included Al Pastore meat and Carne in which the butcher provides the marinade for both items. We also picked up a few sides, some fresh produce and plenty of limes along with the lime squeezer for the small limes which I've been looking for for quite some time.
The staff at the front counter was helpful and they speak both Spanish and English and they good to get you packed up and out the door. We have a cake order being placed and looking forward to getting it as the last one was damn good.
