  • Beware. I went to this location, at first they were very nice. And I bought a pair of pants to be hem They did a good job so then I bought them 7 more pairs of pants. Mind you they all were being hem for $10 not bad. Then I needed it tapered $18 to tap. I thought it was priced a little high but I figured I'll give it a shot. I been pretty loyal and brining shirts and other items over three months, I went to there other location on Jones, very nice lady. She measures me and got the hem rite. But she felt I didn't need tapping but she said it is usually $18 she will do it for $14 if I needed. Being I was closer to there main store in Henderson I would bring it there, tell them the situation and pay them the $14 dollars. After explaining it to the two lady's there. They and calling a manager. They said even thou they are the same owner, same company, they will not honor what there representative said that I would need to go clear 10 miles to possibly have her do it. They don't honor what they tell the customer. They don't care about loyal customers, don't wast your time with a company that there employees don't give proper information and management does not know how to keep a loyal customer.
