We checked in on 2/21 and it was the longest check-in I've experienced. It felt like I was at an airport. I believe the check-in kiosks were there to reduce cost but it only confused people. The hotel underestimated how kiosk illiterate people are. Even then, there were lines at the kiosks, line where one human being was available to check people in for platinum and non-platinum each. After you checked in at kiosks you were supposed to pick up the keys and wait in another line. Person behind me waiting in line said she tried the kiosk but had to stand in the line I was in because checking-in via kiosk didn't work due to her attempt to check in "too early". Eventually one more personnel became available to help people check-in but by then it was too late. The area was filled with people and luggage.
