I reunited with my family from Hawaii after 10 years and one thing we were all looking forward to was getting some Butterfish to go to take back to our hotel for later. On our way out of the California (Saturday 4/12 around 6:15) we stopped by to order and proceeded to run into your host/cashier who not only denied us but was also incredibly rude and untactful. As tourists who chose to dine with you, it's not crazy to expect quality service. I'm a manager at a red robin in Seattle and if I were to ever witness customer service like that from one of my team members, I would fire him/her on the spot. We'll make it a point to never come back again and believe that I'll put the word out to my friends and family to blacklist you. I was born and raised in Hawaii and that is not the Aloha spirit. Step your game up.
