  • Don't go to Kristen at this store!! She will lie to you!! She fucked up my whole entire plan.. I went to upgrade my phone.. And all I wanted was just the phone.. She told me that everything was free and I didn't have to pay anything.. My phone bill comes.. And I went from paying 220 to 340!! The bitch fucken changed my whole entire plan!! I lost my loyalty!! But at the time of me going to get my phone.. She told me my plan would stay the same!! And if I didn't want the accessories that came with the phone.. She would take it!! So in my mind.. I'm like fuck.. If she's gonna take it! I minus will take it.. But she lied about it!! You still have to pay for the accessories!! She told me she would take care of it all cause I have been with sprint for 11 yrs blah blah blah.. And now I have to spend my only day off to take care of her fuck up!!!! What a joke she is!!!
