  • Seriously, you now have been open for two years now and you still can't get your management and employees to provide decent food or service. This restaurant has tarnished The Toby Keith brand. The writing is on the wall; this chain wasn't the salvation to Improve Park West, you made it worse. Pack up and get out!!
