  • Love this bank and this location, which says a lot because I despise the big banking system in general. BB&T was one of the few big North Carolina Banks that did not take federal money during the 2006 home mortgage crisis payouts. It didn't need to because of its own responsible investing policies. Now about this location... I have used this location primarily for 15 years and I've always found the service to be superior, from the tellers all the way up to the managers. Although my "personal banker" has changed every couple of years, each of them has professional and helpful to me as an individual and as a small business owner. I highly recommend the bank and location.
