  • I read all of the reviews about this dealership and really wish I had before dealing with them. They did everything to me that was mentioned in other reviews...they started off by holding my license and keeping me in a cubicle for 40 min when I knew what car I wanted to test drive. I then looked at another dealership with the same car and decided Kia had the best deal. I came in with a cashiers check for the out the door price we negotiated. Rose was helping me the whole day and seemed very unknowledgeable of the process. I was then told to wait then I was told to wait more for 'the finance guy' to which I am still confused why that was needed. They wouldn't trade in my piece of junk so after waiting an hour for the finance guy, I decided to drive my old car home 7 min away and get a ride back from my buddy I got back and still had to wait. Where I was waiting, the sales room were all of the phone hounds are was behind me. A sales man came out and walked by letting out a fart directly behind my head proceeded by snickers from the back room and him looking at me and smiling. Not joking. At this point they had my check and I stood up furious making a b line to the finance office. Right when I got there the greasy human being known as the finance manager told me he's been waiting for me. I have been waiting at this point for 2 and a half hours. We got to his office and he kept pushing a warranty down my throat without explaining anything. I asked him what has taken so long as I had paid with cash and he told me he didn't keep me waiting as he was alerted about this at 720. Looking at my call history, I called my friend at 720 to get a ride from my place. Meaning they didn't do the abysmal amount of paperwork needed until I left to drop off my old car. After stupidly signing the paperwork, I continued to wait another hour for the car to be detailed. The car wasn't detailed. It wasn't even washed. the next day I planned on driving to Tucson after work and when I tried to speed up on the I-10, the car wouldn't go past 80. Then dropped to 70 then 60 then 50. I am now taking the car back to shove down their throats. Wish me luck The worst car buying experience I have had and I truly hope you stay away from this place(maybe even the whole complex since it's all under the same owner and a salesman told me they are all family...a shiesty care salesmen family.PLEASE STAY AWAY
