I have never been treated quite this way at a restaurant. We first ordered two beers and 30 minutes later the waiter told us it would be another 5 minutes before we would get our beers. Ten minutes went by and we didn't get even a glass of water. We ordered two appetizers and one came out after an hour and the other didn't arrive after an hour and a half. We didn't even bother to order a dinner as we didn't feel like being there for an additional 2 hours. Then they tried to charge us for the beers that we never did get. I checked my credit card statement a week later and I found that the waiter double charged my credit card on accident. When I called to speak to Nattaya she was "too busy" to call me back and I had to keep calling until I finally spoke to her. She told me she just didn't have time to look through her statements and she would call me back in a few days. A few days went by and a waiter ended up calling me back telling me that he would have to be responsible for the additional money that was charged on my credit card. I will never go back to this restaurant again and Nattaya should check the labor laws as she doesn't treat her staff right. Mistakes happen, but you don't make your customer feel guilty for them. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.
