  • After researching options in Charlotte, I came into the Carolina Place location this afternoon. They only do piercings, so they have a great selection of piercing jewelry to choose from. As soon as any customer walked into the shop Russel was happily greeting and chatting with them, putting everyone at ease. He was very patient with the teenage girl in front of me and didn't get exasperated or rush her when she changed her mind a few times selecting her piercing jewelry. When it was my turn, I told Russel the style of earring I was looking for and he located it immediately. My new earring is perfectly spaced with my other piercings and looks great. I get the impression these folks will spend as much or as little time as you need to help you figure out the piercing location, jewelry and aftercare. I'm a happy customer.
