| - I seriously had no idea that I would EVER rate a property management firm at 5 stars. Based on my last experience with RPM West Valley I was certain that all property management firms were terrible and just wanted to terrorize their clients and make them cry because they knew they were in another state and in a contract and there was nothing they could do about it. Oh no, quite the opposite over here at Mosaic! After having an absolute nightmare of an experience with another property management firm in the Valley (RPM West Valley), I couldn't be happier that I found Mosaic Properties. My experience was so bad with RPM that I was shell shocked and terrified to even look at another property management firm. When I found Mosaic, I was in the process of interviewing several other property management firms. The Mosaic representative answered all of my questions and concerns (there were many), and walked me through their contract and terms. They even set up a separate phone appointment (I live out of state) to interview the account manager that would be assigned to me. Yes, I have a dedicated account manager! I was hesitant to not use sites like Craigslist to find a tenant (as that is how I had found every tenant in the past) but they walked me through why they don't recommend it (you get significantly more dedicated applicants if they are using a fee for service website). And, sure enough, they found me a tenant quickly and she was of excellent quality. Seriously I couldn't freaking believe it, it sounded too good to be true. Well, after a year she already signed on for another year's lease! I am ecstatic. My account rep walked me through all sorts of different options for painting my condo before it was rented out, and helped coordinate with the painters. My check got lost to the painters and they were so helpful in getting everything resolved quickly. Their owner log-in is easy to use, and easy to download for year end tax planning. After more than 1.5 years of excellent service, what finally drove me over the top to take the time to write a 5 star review: The owner recently sent out an email to all owners letting us know that they are sponsoring two families for the holidays that are in need. Are you kidding me? A company that does right by its clients, treats the tenants with respect (enough so that they want to sign on for another year), AND take care of their community? I am sold. Mosaic, you have my heart (and by business).
