| - Sign outside says it's newly remodeled. Don't be fooled into paying the higher cost for this. It is not remodeled. The bed I slept on is older then me. And the minute I laid down on it, I felt sick like it was seeping into me but it could just be that several of the rooms are boarded up meaning this entire structure probably should be condemned by the city. First day I was here, the water was shut off for 7 hours during normal day hours. Halfway through those 7 hours, I called the office to ask and all the lady could sputter out was "emergency, emergency" without any kind of complete sentence. I looked all up and down the property and didn't see one maintenance worker, truck, or any sign of emergency. So, I'm not sure where the emergency was. 7 hours without being able to take a shower, use the toilet, or wash my hands was not a very welcoming feeling. If that wasn't bad enough, I got stuck between two rooms that don't ever seem to sleep. Ever. One has had an eviction notice on the door since I've moved in but somehow they are able to blare the tv 24/7. And I mean, BLARE. The other side is up all night until after I'm in bed and at 4 am every morning start blaring rap music. 4 am. I barely just fell asleep at 2am and could hear them with company over. Love being in the middle of two tweakers on a broken bed that probably has had every nasty person from Vegas sleep on it with no ability to use water that I paid HIGHER to get thinking it would be better. This IS NOT one of those cases that you get what you pay for. This is one of those cases that you wish you never even thought of. I have not been able to get ANYTHING done. Day or night. So, if you are looking for a place to transition, turn around now. If you are looking for other low life degenerates to wreck your life and charge you higher than normal, this is your place.
(Edit : I just read a review from 9 months ago. The girl said she had to leave because 220/week is too much. Wow. I'm floored even more knowing I paid 320. I don't think I'm even going to stay the rest of my week. I'm livid right now. )
