  • The lady that answered was friendly. The owner was too when he arrived to my house. I wouldn't say he blew my mind with his attention to detail as he didn't even look upstairs in the attic to see the pipe that needed to be flushed out, but he still somehow managed to quote me a price for it.?. I guess this was his normal quoting procedure, but his clear desire to focus on the more expensive pieces of my needs couldn't be missed. I never heard back from them after I got a high quote which I thought was a poor business decision. I honestly expected them to circle back around to at least generate revenue from some of the work, but I guess they have enough to keep them busy and don't need my smaller jobs. Fair enough.
