  • RUDE!!!!!! Walked right out before they even touched my nails. Said they wouldn't do dip unless you have artificial nails. They were mad at my teenage daughter for making the appt without confirming that I was okay with them not being able to do dip nails. Then the tech had the nerve to ask me what I paid for my last manicure.. what does that have to do with anything if you can't provide the service I'm looking for?
