| - AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I wish I could give this place 5 NEGATIVE Stars! In all my years I have never been treated so poorly by any organization. Their customer service is sad. Sure their synergie treatments did nothing to help cellulite in the first few sessions, but I can believe that maybe results are not possible until the 6th session. And yes, the place is decorated like a cheap nail salon. That's not the reason why I rate them so poorly. Elizabeth Rose has given me the worst spa experience of my entire life. I wish I never stepped into this place. Healing Palms owes me $95 for services paid for, but never rendered. There's nothing more disgusting than an owner who mistreats customers. At Healing Palms who can you turn to if the owner herself has ZERO customer service skills? (Background: I gave my credit card to Jennifer. It was an active, valid card. Jennifer joked that the place was really disorganized in the past and they don't always run credit cards on-time. I joked back that I hoped they didn't run my card until I received the services from the $166 cash that I already paid. But, nonetheless I handed over my valid credit card to Jennifer. Somehow she wasn't able to process credit card two weeks later. However, the card worked everywhere else, so I don't know if she couldn't read my handwriting or what? But, if she couldn't read it, she should have rewritten it in her own hand writing or made a carbon copy like every other company. She was handed my actual, valid card and I can prove it! Anyways, a few weeks later the owner tells me that they are keeping my $166 because they (THROUGH THEIR OWN FAULT) weren't able to run the credit card 6/29. I am owed $95 and hope that they have the morals to refund what is owed. They voided the contract on their own because they didn't process credit card information correctly and that is THEIR fault! Did they want me to fly back from Europe to hand them the same credit card for the 2nd time? Or did they want me to pay to buy an international phone to call and give them cc info AGAIN? I don't give cc over e-mail, it's not secure. I had no problem coming in and giving them the credit card again once I got home. Ridiculous! Such a sad, sad, sad place. That low level of customer service makes me sick. 99.9% of the time I get good customer service (especially at spa type, customer focused, places), but this time was a totally different story, and I am really disappointed about that.
