  • Using a Groupon I was unaware that when I scheduled that the ONLY appointments that would be available were THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE. I found it frustrating that they ONLY wanted to set up times by EMAIL. I called the company and was told they were totally booked for three months.. I explained that I was frequently was back and forth between Phoenix and Prescott and could NOT PREDICT where I would be in THREE MONTHS. I had company in a couple of months and ended up hiring someone else to come and clean the house. When three months came around predictably the dates they only had available did not work for me and I had to cancel. Each time they would "email" me again to set up a new appointment THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE. I called the office and begged them to work with my situation. I was told there was no options. Finally after the third time I received no email back to reschedule. I emailed them stated they could find a reasonable date within a month, or they could REFUND MY MONEY, THEIR OPTION or I would write a complaint to the BBB and to GROUPON. I also stated that I found it astounding that in an ENTIRE YEAR they had no open dates other than three months in advance!!! (Really I simply DO NOT BELIEVE THAT). I also stated that I had tried to call but no one had returned MY CALLS. They claimed they had left me a message. However no messages showed up on my IPhone. They seem to have a "practice" of ONLY dealing with the customer by email. All practices seem to be NON CUSTOMER oriented and directed at making sure they are not bothered by customers and their procedures are not "interrupted". Finally after they got my "service me or refund me" email I received a call from Holly who was "snitty". Her attitude was that this was a "pain to be doing her job" to address the issue that I have had a Groupon for a year and cannot get timely service!! When she called I told her that her company ID did not show up on the phone. It stated "Caller Unknown". I explained that I don't usually answer "UNKNOWN" callers. At first she TOTALLY ignored my statement. I explained to her that her company had a very poor "Business Presence" to the customer. She seemed unconcerned. She is not trained and should not be dealing with the public. In fact it's obvious. They don't want to deal with the public. They only want to clean your house on THEIR schedule and take your money...... Their policy of having a four hour window to come and clean is also "unacceptable". (My time is valuable and is also $$). This GROUPON cost me plenty!!! I have had several others to come and clean my house who actually give me THE HOUR they are coming and arrive ON TIME. I waited all afternoon from twelve until almost 4:30pm before they arrived. I was told they would be here between 12-4pm. So time spent total: Noon till 6:30pm. The girls who arrived were pleasant but were obviously very tired after a long day. I felt badly for them. They did an adequate job and were trying to please. My biggest disappointment is that they did not move any objects off the furniture but dusted with a "feather duster". Not my idea of a good clean which is what I hire a cleaning company for....!!!! I looked on Groupon to give them my Groupon code and realized that it had LONG AGO been accepted and closed on Groupon as I had to enter it on the The Cleaning Solution web site to set up the initial appointment. So they get their money no matter whether or when they give you your services or are satisfied with them or not. Would I use this company again? ABSOLUTELY NOT.... customer relationship is everything. This company doesn't know the meaning of the word.
