  • Absolutely awful customer service!!! I waited 10 min to get my rental camera. There were 4 associates working and only 2 people including me in the store. I asked the lady - is there anyone else that can help me with my rental? Nope. She's the only one who handles it. Seriously? How difficult is it to set up another computer station and have an extra associate handle customers? I wouldn't be this frustrated if she actually acknowledged my presence and made an effort to speed up the check out process with the customer in front of me. Instead she leisurely kept taking the order while making a small talk until I just finally had to say something. On top of it all, the camera battery was only 60% charged! I mean REALLY??? Never going to this place again. I'd rather make Adorama or B&H richer.
