  • I am on my third stint here since 2013 and even though the manager just left for another MT property this is the best office staff in the past 5 years. They do their absolute best to make you feel at home; food trucks, resident parties, giveaways, etc. Maintenance does a fantastic job with work orders and turn around time is usually 48 hours. Like any complex there are bad apples but the staff does their absolute best to accommodate everyone and make it a good experience. Grounds are kept and tidy, amenities are clean and working, I don't use the pools but they are nice and always clean. There are a few gas bbqs, outside TVs, pool table, ping pong, volleyball court and don't forget valet trash for us lazy people. Detached garages are HAY-UGE! Covered parking. In-unit washer and dryer. I leave and for some reason I keep coming back...maybe that's because it's a great place to call home.
