  • When I landed I had a text of the stall number of the car (awesome) - got there, loaded luggage and was off in a flash (best of any rental agency)! Car was a Ford Fusion - it was clean, full of gas and comfortable (even for four). The only thing that keeps this from being a four-star review was that I had mechanical trouble with the car on the last night ... the car would just die when you stopped (not good in Las Vegas traffic). I reported it when I turned in the car - got a discount on the spot from the person checking us in (wonderful ... thanks) but I asked that a manager call me as I am a frequent business traveler and use Hertz often - I also filled out the survey and asked the same ... as of today (4 days since the return) - no call.
