| - Selecting an air conditioning company to come into your home and repair your cooling and heating systems is always an anxiety filled adventure. Are you going to be ripped off? Are you going to be sold something you do not need? Will the repair folks damage or soil your home?
Well, with Air Done Right Las Vegas you can be assured you will receive quality service and products at reasonable rates. Our air conditioning went out at the end of summer last year and we didn't have the funds to repair it right away and since we do not accumulate debt, we had to save to get the repair. We did get an estimate from one larger outfit last year and they were about 1.5k over what we eventually paid to Air Done Right.
A few days before Christmas our heat went out and we found Air Done Right online. Their reviews were mostly positive and they were clearly a small business. We called them to come out and Mark, the owner, was our service technician that day. He quickly identified the problem, provided us with a quote, and then fixed the problem right then and there. He was here maybe an hour tops and charged a reasonable price to fix our problem.
Yesterday I called the office and spoke to Renee about having Mark come back out and speak to us about fixing our air conditioning. They had an opening for 0800-1000 today, which I quickly grabbed. Mark arrived early for the appointment and we were quickly on our way discussing what was wrong and what would be needed to fix the problem. We needed a new compressor and a few other items, which would have cost us a pretty penny. There were two additional options, replace the outside unit, or replace the entire AC system. Due to their very reasonable price we went with the entire AC system replacement. This was more than the pretty penny for the few parts mentioned above, but I am sure that in the long run getting a whole new system will prove to be the right decision. Additionally, the jump from the few parts to the whole system was very reasonable and still well below the quote I received last year from the other outfit.
Mark had Jamie and Gabriel at the house a couple of hours after he left to get the install going. Both Jamie and Gabriel were very polite, friendly and walked us through what they would be doing in our attic and outside the home. We let them get to work and about 2.5 hours later they were done. We had AC and the wife was quickly complaining about how cold it was while the system was being tested.
I have been very impressed by Air Done Right and look forward to opportunities to refer friends and family to Air Done Right for their heating or cooling needs. There was no pressure to take one option over the others; everyone from Air Done Right appeared to be very competent; everyone was friendly and polite and provided above board quality service. I cannot say enough good things about these folks.
