  • Walked in and all the representatives were busy but one young lady at least said hello and that someone would be with me shortly, which is completely fine. Fast forward 30min, no one had acknowledged me at all. No hello, no have we put you down on the waitlist, no have you been helped. After about 37min of no help or acknowledgement I left. Great customer service.....
