  • Been going here for years. I move away for four, come back and I get the worst service over the phone. What happened. My old receptionist must not be there anymore nor, have been the one to train these ladies to go above and beyond when a client is requesting it. I canceled the appointment. Why walk in to a bunch of old hags not only pushing paper but, pushing an attitude problem. I require things to be easy on my mind. Its a shame, my old receptionist and my dermatologist, who's still there, understand. Sucks when there's a bad seed with a power mouth that doesn't give you a moment to ask a question. Motor mouth, SHUT UP!!! Go that extra mile or at least TRY. GOODBYE!!!
