  • Took my car to service king for $6,000 of repairs after rear ending someone. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish, sending cute text updates every few days with the progress "Your car is having a great time here and will be ready for you next Monday..". My car had a part break about two weeks later (that Service King had worked on) when I was on a cross-country move. I called Service King and they said to take it to any shop and to get the repairs done and to call them to give their credit card to take care of the charges. Who does that?! AMAZING customer service, I cannot say enough great things about this place! The broken part ended up being from a rock - completely unrelated so we covered the expense ourselves, but just the fact that the manager would handle it so well speaks volumes about the company. I highly recommend you take your car here if you need repairs!
