  • Five stars because there's just no other way... I'll keep this short and simple. Koshihikari Echigo - Incredible! Yellowtail Yuzu Soy - Incredible! Miso Soup (typically not a fave...) - Incredible! Philadelphia Rolls - Incredible! Yellowtail Maki - Incredible! Fire Cracker Rolls - Incredible! Matcha Tiramisu - Incredible! I wasn't a 100% on board with ordering the Koshihikari Echigo. Our server, Charles, overheard me talking about it and said "If you don't like it... it's on me!" Sold! However, you tricky tricky gent, you.. :-) Some of the best sushi I've ever had in addition to fun and very attentive service! My new fave place, I'll be back!
