  • Recently had carpet installation done (August 3rd) and our sales rep was Cory Pfister. I called Empire and the same day we met with him and he was pretty helpful. We opted for a beautiful 10 year warranty carpeting and it was installed by 5:30 p.m. the following day. The pros went straight to work, moving everything, and even cleaned up afterwards. (Well, I will just add that carpeting is an extremely dusty proposition so I cleaned all surfaces top-to-bottom to dust up the debris--but you get the idea)...They were courteous. After all is said and done we are quite happy with the end result (only thing is, the standard carpet cushion offers little-to-no spring :/) which I sort of expected, but oh well gotta keep costs down as much as possible these days ($3300 for 3 rooms). We chose the 12 month free financing, which was a nice plus.
