  • they quoted me a $14 service charge to unlock my car, and labor was $39.. they actually charged me $289, AFTER opening the car, and taking possession of my keys, stating it was for 'insurance purposes'.. called to question it, and an EXTREMELY rude man with a foreign accent rudely told me he didn't care what I was told, and literally screamed at me! total scam artists, and I wish I'd seen these reviews beforehand! I will be disputing these trumped up charges, and reporting them to the BBB!! they don't even deserve the one star I was forced to give them!!
