  • I have been using an insert in my shoes for going on 20 years because of plantar fasciitis which has been effective in reducing the pain when I walk long distances. Recently the pain has returned even on short walks with my dog so I stopped at this store. The person helping me was very informative suggesting that the inserts need to be replaced every 5 years and that my shoe size had changed. Although I did not end up buying one of their inserts, she remained very cheerful and helpful.
