  • Great time tonight- here on business and staying at the nearby Westin Hotel. Food and service were excellent (sat at the bar). The bartenders need to learn how to pronounce "Sapporo" and I would have preferred that they not correct me when I pronounce it correctly- but I'm letting that part slide obviously with my overall review. My criteria for evaluating Japanese restaurants has always been 1) miso soup and 2) tomago sushi. Both are very basic- but for me a great predictor of things to come. This place is great for groups. A bit lively and noisy- but if you are up for the energetic vibe- you will be set. Don't propose to anyone here... or I will be very disappointed in you!
