The worst furniture store ever. The store itself had lots of options and the sales associates were all helpful. Found a bedroom set and scheduled a delivery (two weeks out). Followed all the rules/guidelines set by AFW and was there for the delivery. When the delivery guys arrived (10 minutes before the end of the 2.5 hour time frame) we showed them where the furniture was to be set up. The delivery itself took an hour which is longer than a delivery has ever taken from any other furniture store AND we only received HALF our furniture due to the other half being damaged. We were told by the delivery guy that "it happens" and that "with this quality it's going to be damaged" because it's "like paper". I admit we didn't purchase the most expensive bed set in the store but when you spend more than $1000 on furniture you expect to be able to get it in your house before it's damaged. We were then told we would have to reschedule for another day to get the other half of our furniture, a week out!! In the mean time we have a master bedroom we can't use!! When I called customer service to voice my concerns...not asking for delivery charge to be waived, which it should have out of courtesy, but simply asking we have an early morning delivery since this is the second time we are having to put our schedules on hold for them to hold up to their part of a contract. I was told that "cant due that". When I voiced my frustration about the situation and poor customer service I was met with the repeated phrase "I'm sorry you feel that way". No solution to any problems THEY created!!
