I brought my 10-year-old cat there for what I Thought might be a urinary problem. We brought her into a room. The veterinarian came in and looked her over, Took about three minutes, looked in her mouth and felt her belly. She said "it was probably a urinary infection. Would have to do some test" and left the room. The Tech came back in and had an itemized list of what they needed to do to my cat which came to a total of $586.88. My eyes about fell out of my head. I love my cat, I can't afford that. Two of the charges which added up to over 300 was to do a urinalysis; was one charge was to do the urinalysis and the other charge was someone to read the urinalysis. Instead they gave my cat one shot of an anabiotic and three days of pain medicine and charge me $177 and never told me what to do for my cat. I had to get everything done on their list to find out what was wrong with my cat. There something drastically wrong with this place. I left there in tears. Never found out what was wrong with my cat. They're greedy, it's all about the money
