  • Let me start off by saying if I could give a no star rate i would. If you are considering this complex I would recommend to read my review. I wish I had this before I signed up. Let's start with the positive. Maria the Leasing Agent was the most amazing person I could ask for in the front office . Actually she was the only good staff they had! She actually cares about her residents however they always give her temps for help and manager and assistant don't help her at all! I felt for her ! From the first day I moved in the issues began. When I had the moving truck outside and waiting for Me to get the keys I found out all the hidden fees that I was not advised before my move in day! They give you a good base rent but then add on valet trash fee of $35.00 then you have an additional trash fee and then water is billed separate and multiple tax fees, your looking at an additional $115 on top of base rent! and let me say they charge you a ton for water even if you don't use it. Once I got to my place it was not move in ready ! It was not cleaned the light fixtures were broke and not everything worked. When I told them about it they said maintenance would get to my request in 48 hours ! Are you kidding it should have been ready upon move in . My assigned parking spot I did not have for over a month as they had construction on my spot only! The parking is bad in the complex as there's not much open space so I always had to park out front at the office ! They didn't care or didn't give me a different parking spot ! When I emailed the manager about all my issues she never once responded ! Wow really your a manager ?? What a joke. Last thing I will say in my review is upon move out my lease ended the second day of the month . My move out charge for 2 days was $150.00 how the heck do you get that price for a place I am not at? And charging me for water and valet trash and trash when I'm not there?? With this review don't lease here ! Trust me you may see the base rent lower but you won't pay that so get a better place !!!
