  • Horrible customer service. AARON POOLS was "assigned" to my home warranty pool issue. I called them on a Thursday after receiving the work order # from my warranty company. They stated that they had 48 hours to call me and schedule a visit, and they would call me back. I FINALLY received a call from them the following Monday, 47 business hours from when I started the claim. They obviously don't care about customer service. Don't give them your business!
