Decided to go here with the family for dinner after we found out that Michael Mina's Pub was closed for a few days! There was a bunch of people so we figured we might as well check it out.
I got the prime grill burger which was pretty good. The meat patty was pretty flavorful and tasty. Not really a fan of the puffy buns since it didn't really taste like much and was pretty much just a source of carbs. The lettuce and tomatoes were nothing special. The fries could have used some work since it was pretty soggy for the most part. If I'm going to pay more than $20 for a burger and fries, at least give me crispy fries lol. The rigatoni was okay, but the meat sauce portion was pretty skimpy. The dish looked like it was only worth $10 but of course it was more than twice that. Not sure what was so special about it. Also tried the spaghetti and meatballs which was average as well.
Service was not that great as well. Our waitress didn't really check up on my table and I literally had to tag someone else for water refills and to ask for more ketchup. Getting the bill also took a while and luckily we were not in a rush.
Overall I would not come back to this establishment. It's one of those tourist traps that y'all should avoid. The meals you get here can be easily gotten for cheaper at another place like Bucca di Beppo. The portion sizes are also pretty small for the price you pay. The flavor department is also lacking for the most part.
