I came here to trade in my iPhone 7 from T-Mobile for an iPhone 8, and to set up new service. There was an online or over-the-phone offer that I attempted to secure, but the software screwed up before I could check out online. Then I called the number to speak with customer care. After one hour of speaking with three bumbling idiots with zero knowledge of the current promotion I had to go into a physical store.
Although the human being I spoke to was kind, they had zero phones that I wanted, which is fine. My problem came into focus when I asked if they would order me the phone I want. The answer, of course, was yes. However, I was informed they may or may not be able to honor the promotion when my phone arrives. What customer wants the bait and switch to move to a different carrier?!?!
So, I went to T-Mobile. Fifteen minutes later I left with a new iPhone 8. Sprint lost a customer for life after wasting an hour and a half of my life and causing me so much anxiety I nearly had to pop a Xanax before work. Thanks for nothing.
