  • RUINED MY TRANSMISSION! No lie, they ruined the transmission on my Subaru that has less than 20K miles on it. Jiffy Lube suggested that I flush the fluids in my vehicle when I was in for a simple oil change. I found out later, the tech(s) emptied my front differential fluid and overfilled my transmission fluid. I found this out after breaking down on the OH turnpike and being towed to a Subaru dealership on Easter Sunday. Jiffy Lube did cover the cost of a new transmission and rental car for me while it was being repaired, so they did fix their error but it has been a MASSIVE HEADACHE and inconvenience. Learn from my mistake, take your car to the dealership. Don't let these people touch it, they don't know what they're doing. This happened in early April and I just got my vehicle back 2 days ago. Avoid these stores at all cost, but this is the location where the service error happened.
