So I have now taken my car here twice. The first time it was actually pretty good. The second time it was not.
The one thing that stuck out to me both times though that I definitely didn't like, was the person you pull up to and tell what kind of car wash you want. I completely understand a businesses need to up-sell, but having someone trying to force you to buy a more expensive car wash package than you are comfortable with is just annoying. Standing there waiting for my receipt and all they do is mutter how they can't believe I don't want to take advantage of this "awesome deal".
In the age of $3 car washes, don't tell me my $30 isn't enough.
Skip Ahead, they were extremely quick with the car wash both times. The customer service on the inside was pretty good. No real complaints there.
The first time my car was washed, it was pretty good, no visual water spots or anything.
The second time is was terrible, there were soap spots and water spots everywhere in pretty obvious areas.
When I got in my car and sat down my knee got soaked in some kind of cleaning fluid they hadn't properly gotten off of under my steering wheel.
Oh and, they move your seats completely forward to vacuum the back but they don't have the courtesy to move the seats back. It's little things like this that kind of put me off.
My opinion? They need to work on consistency and some common courtesy.
