  • I agree with the rest of the reviews, this is the worst company out there! I hope people look at these reviews before signing a lease from this company. I have had nothing but issues with this company and wish I would have never rented a property from them. They are shady and when my lease was up, foolish me thinking I could possibly keep giving them my business, they bumped it up extremely high so I am in the process of vacating that property. I feel sorry for whoever ends up renting that property since they will have a headache for as long as they deal with this company. The staff is rude, and I felt like I was a bother when I contacted them about possibly renewing my lease. What kind of customer service is that? No wonder they only have 1 star rating. I would give them no stars if that was possible since 1 star is way too good for this company. Had to edit my review as I see the name has changed once again!!!! Still same shitty ass company! You can change your name and try to run but you can't hide.
